Parrot Backpack Carrier

This innovative bird travel carrier is a great way for owner and bird to get out and about.

The Parrot Backpack Carrier is made from tough nylon and has four Stainless Steel fine mesh panels which are designed to resist chewing and allow ventilation but prevent entry by flies and wasps.

If the bird prefers to see their surroundings, simply roll up the curtains and clip them up out of the way above the stainless steel mesh. If the bird feels more secure in an enclosed environment keep the curtains down and in place using the Velcro fasteners.

Inside are two holders for the two metal cups (supplied). Use these to provide the bird with food and water, or perhaps some foot toys to help keep them entertained whilst travelling.

A wooden perch is also supplied and can be attach securely to the metal ring holes. There are a number of holes at different heights so your customer can fix the bird’s perch at a height to suit.

The detachable straps are fully adjustable so the Parrot Backpack Carrier can be worn comfortably as a back pack or on the front. A detachable shoulder strap is also provided.

The Parrot Backpack Carrier can be fully opened out so it can be washed when necessary (hand wash only) and has a removable bottom panel to make daily cleaning easy.

When not in use it is suggested to fold the carrier flat. It folds flat for easy storage and assembles in seconds. We recommend you check the carrier regularly and supervise your bird to prevent the carrier from being damaged.

Please note – although all possible steps have been taken to minimise chewing opportunities some birds will find a way to chew anything and everything! However, with some forward planning you and your bird can soon enjoy exploring the wide world together.
