MG Hand Reared Birds Cages and Accessories
Effective Date: 16 June 2025

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order if items are:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• Unaltered

• In original packaging

Returns without prior written consent will not be accepted.

2. Process

To initiate a return, please email markshandrearedbirds@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns are subject to a return handling fee which will be communicated upon request.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the product is inspected and approved. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase. Full refunds will be issued for cancelled orders, provided the goods have not been dispatched.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inspect your delivery immediately. Report any damage or faults within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
